Congress, on Twitter, posted a video of Rahul Gandhi riding a tractor in Ludhiana as Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh sat beside him. Rahul Gandhi is in Punjab where all the 14 Lok Sabha seats, including Ludhiana, will go to polls in the last phase of 2019 General elections on May 19.
