Former Union minister and Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) chief Upendra Kushwaha said on Sunday that his party will contest the forthcoming assembly election in Jharkhand, but whether it would be a part of the ‘Mahagathbandhan’ will depend on what shape this alliance takes there.
